RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept your return of normal priced and sale priced items within 30 days of your purchase order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Teeshie does not take care of shipping and handling charges for returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be free of any stain (careful with the makeup!) or smells (perfume, food, sweat, etc.).
Teeshie reserves the right to deny refunds for cases where the returned merchandise shows signs of being worn, stained or with smells that prevent us from re-selling the merchandise at the quality we expect.
Your Teeshie not the right size? We get what that is like. We are happy to exchange your merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note: to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges will only be granted once exchanged merchandise has been received, inspected and qualified for exchange.
Teeshie does not take care of shipping and handling charges for exchanged items. The shipping of your exchanged item is free of charge. This means: you pay to send us your merchandise and we pay to send you the other one.
Please email us at email@example.com to get your exchange started. To speed up the process please let us know the following information in the email:
- Order Number
- Item you are exchanging
- New item you would like to exchange for
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund not received?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Teeshie takes responsibility for lost packages sent to the sender but Teeshie does not take responsibility for lost packages returned to us. If you send us your returned item and it gets lost along the way, we will not be able to refund or exchange your purchase.
